Terms and Conditions
Payment Structure:
The payment for your K-town festival tickets is divided into two installments.
Seat Booking:
Upon making the first payment, your seat will be booked, and a seat number will be allocated to you.
Second Payment Deadline:
The second payment must be completed by November 15th. Upon receipt of this payment, you will receive your mobile ticket QR code and allocated seat numbers.
Ticket Policy:
All tickets are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Late Payment Consequence:
If the second installment is not paid by November 17th, your tickets will be canceled without refund.
